Let us remember: We CHRISTIANS are not human beings in spiritual journey. We are spiritual beings just in earthly journey. Someday, we are coming home… (heard from preaching of Ptr. Rey Ortega, taken from Stephen R. Covey, author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People).
2 Corinthians 5:8 says “We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.”
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 say “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
John 14:1-2 say “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.
Revelation 21:4 says “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
